§ 2 Information about processing of personal Data on this Website

(1) Hereinafter we inform about the processing of Personal Data when using our Website. Personal Data within the meaning of article 4 No. 1 of EU-GDPR is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural Person, e.g. your name, your home address, your E-Mail-Address or your user behavior. 

(2) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be processed by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after we have successfully answered your inquiry or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

(3) If we fall back to external service providers to make available individual functions of our Website or if we intend to use your personal Data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the according processings below. In this context we name also the specified criteria for retention periods.


§ 3 Processing of personal data during Visit of our Website and legal basis of the processing

(1) In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server as part of a log data record (so-called log files). So if you only want to use and view our website for informational purposes, we process the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence. 1 lit. f of the EU-GDPR): 

  • IP-Address

  • Date and Time of the request

  • Time Zone Difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

  • Content of the request (specific site)

  • Access status/Http Status code

  • Transferred Data volume

  • Referrer URL

  • Browser type

  • Operating system and its surface

The website cannot be called up and offered to users without the use of this data, so there is a legitimate interest on our part in making the call-up and use of the website technically possible.

The information of the log files is stored for 14 days and then deleted.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to the browser you are using and stored on your hard drive and through which the body that sets the cookie (in this case by us) receives certain information. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

Tracking- und Analyzing Tools

This Website uses Google Analytics, a Web analytics Service of Google Inc. (hereinafter Google). Google Analytics uses "Cookies" which are text files, placed on the Computer of the user and help to analyze how the users use the website. The information generated by the Cookie about the use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google Server in the United States and stored there. On this site, IP anonymization has been activated so that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google beforehand. Only in exceptional cases the entire IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there.

§ 5 Your rights

You can assert your rights as a Data Subject regarding your processed Personal Data at any time by contacting us using the Contact Details provided at the beginning. As a data subject you have the right:

  • in accordance with Art. 15 DS-GVO to request information about your data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;

  • According to article 16 EU-GDPR immediately correction of false or completion of your personal Data stored by us.

  • According to article 17 EU-GDPR to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, as far as the processing is not necessary to exercise the right of free expression of opinion and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, or for reasons of public interest or to exercise of or to defend against legal claims.

  • According to article 18 EU-GDPR to request the limitation of the processing of your Data, as far as the correctness of the data is denied by you or the processing is unlawful.

  • According to article 20 EU-GDPR to receive your personal data you have submitted to us in a common and machine readable data format or the Transmission to another responsible party ("Data Portability").

  • Pursuant to article 21 EU-GDPR to object against the processing, provided that the processing takes place in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. e or f EU-GDPR. This is in particular the case, if the processing is not necessary to perform a contract with you. Unless it is an objection to direct marketing, when exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the merits of the case and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing;

  • In accordance with Art. 7 paragraph 3 EU-GDPR, to revoke your consent given once (also before the applicability of the DS-GVO, i.e. before 25.5.2018) - i.e. your voluntary will, made understandable in an informed manner and unambiguously by means of a declaration or other unambiguous confirming act, that you agree to the processing of the personal data in question for one or more specific purposes - at any time vis-à-vis us, if you have given such consent.
